About the Role

Head of Real Estate Finance

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as Head of Real Estate Finance at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for steering the business by providing transparency of financial data, identifying best solutions for Siemens Energy globally, and supporting the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with SE, SGRE, and SE RE Mgmt. to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a global team of approximately 75 employees and continue our journey to grow our people
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize value flow and ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data
  • Interface with AC for financial issues related to Real Estate topics and evaluate financial impacts of major investments
  • Manage risks and opportunities worldwide and across Hubs, ensuring compliance with RIC and ERM requirements
  • Simplify, automate, and digitalize reporting structures by optimizing FIN IT-system-landscape and processes
Requirements
  • Solid leadership experience from similar roles within Corporate Real Estate or Finance environments
  • Strong financial background, able to manage complex areas of accounting, including lease accounting (IFRS 16)
  • Passionate people leader with a proven track record of growing talents
  • Open international mindset ready to enable change and add value across the Real Estate environment
