**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate (f/m/d) to join our Transaction Assurance department. As a key member of our team, you will support the financial workstream in large and complex M&A projects globally and contribute to Siemens Healthineers' growth strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform financial due diligence and valuation services, analyzing the past and future performance of target businesses and identifying strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of business plans and profitability calculations.
- Advise on relevant contract clauses related to purchase price adjustment mechanisms and closing balance sheet provisions.
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all impacts and risks to target financials are assessed.
- Assist the Management team in building and maintaining trusted working relationships with other parts of Siemens Healthineers globally.
- Use digital tools for day-to-day work, promoting digitalization within the Transaction Assurance department.
- Take on other challenging engagements within the Assurance team to fill gaps in experience, increase knowledge of Siemens Healthineers, and build an executive network.
**Requirements**
- Above-average academic history and career progression.
- A university degree (Master or PhD) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience as an M&A / Financial Due Diligence advisor or relevant experience in Controlling, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
- Good knowledge of IFRS; CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working in an international business setting and intercultural sensitivity.
