As an SAP Business Intelligence (BI) professional, you'll work closely with our internal customers to provide holistic support, further development, and securing the productive operation of our SAP BW systems on HANA. This will involve advising them on the function and further development of BI applications, conceiving innovative solutions for new technical requirements, and implementing these in SAP BW on HANA.

Your Tasks
  • Simplify complex data extraction and modeling processes using SAP BW backend expertise.
  • Design and implement effective query strategies to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our SAP Basis and hosting provider teams to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Provide expert user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage authorization administration.
  • Lead smaller BI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed business or technical degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP BW backend, especially in data extraction and modeling, as well as query design.
  • ABAP knowledge in SAP BW and experience with SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with LIS extractors is desirable.
  • Excellent service and customer orientation skills, combined with a structured and results-driven approach.
  • Fluent English language skills, with subject-specific knowledge preferred.
