Job Title: Functional Architect for CRM Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Architect to join our Global Customer Platform team in Statkraft. As a Functional Architect, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations and Risk, internal IT and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; design the solution concept and then implement changes and new features within agreed timescales
- Work on CRM process and system implementations from concept to deployment, as solution designer and implementer.
- Work closely with the CRM Product Owner as part of the Development Team of the CRM system for our internal Customers.
- Develop and maintain detailed CRM system and process documentation
- Work in agile environment and ad-hoc requests while providing first level support upon request
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree, preferable a master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry and Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong process design, automation, and technical skills to enable lean and automated process solutions
- Agile/scrum experience or certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Python and/or APEX programming experience preferred
- Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes
- Demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills in English and German (at least at B2 level), both written and spoken.
