Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead für unser B2B-Vertriebs- und Key Account Management-Team. Als Vertriebsleiter wirst du verantwortlich für die Führung und Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken Teams, das neue Kunden akquiriert und bestehende Konten ausbaut.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst eine performance-basierte Kultur, indem du klare Ziele setzt und KPIs verfolgst.
  • Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung der Sales Strategie und schaffst skalierbare Strukturen und Prozesse.
  • Du überwachst die täglichen Abläufe des Teams und bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen und Challenges.
  • Du führst wichtige Sales Gespräche selbstständig und gemeinsam mit Teammitgliedern und baust starke Kundenbeziehungen auf.
  • Du bringst eine entrepreneurial Denkweise in die Rolle ein und motivierst das Team, sich in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Sales Lead im B2B-Bereich und hast nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Umsatzsteigerung in einem schnell wachsenden Startup-Umfeld.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung und Skalierung von Vertriebsteams in einem komplexen, mehrkategorialen B2B-Geschäft mit.
  • Du hast einen datengetriebenen Ansatz und kannst KPIs verwalten und Strategien basierend auf Metriken umsetzen.
  • Du bist hands-on mit exzellenten Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.
  • Du zeigst entrepreneurial Spirit und Leidenschaft für das Wachstum von Organisationen und kannst dich in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld behaupten.
