About the Role

Amazon Operations Corporate Middle Mile and Last Mile is seeking experienced professionals to join their Returnship Program. This 6-month paid employment opportunity is designed to support individuals who have been out of the workplace for 18+ months to re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in a progressive environment.

About the Team

Amazon Operations Corporate Middle Mile and Last Mile is part of the wider Amazon Operations structure. Specifically, Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) and Amazon Logistics (AMZL) are responsible for operational excellence and strategic planning in middle and last miles, making sure that every Amazon parcel is delivered to the customer in the most efficient and customer-centric manner.

Requirements
  • You have been out of the workplace for 18+ months
  • A degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: supply chain and inventory management, business analysts, program/product management, process improvement, operations, client relationship management, sales and/or business development, buying and/or merchandising, category management, strategic consulting, account management
