About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Management Events. As a key player in our growth story, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with hiring managers.
  • Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit for our organization.
  • Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability for our team.
  • Pipeline Pro: Develop and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
  • Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams to provide support and expertise to hiring managers.
  • Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
  • Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on social media.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of successful talent acquisition experience.
  • Sourcing Specialist: Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections.
  • Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Independent and Prioritized: Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Language Pro: Fluent in English with business proficiency in German.
