Workforce Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a vital role in creating effective weekly schedules for our delivery runners.

Your primary responsibility will be to balance operational efficiency with employee preferences using our in-house scheduling algorithm.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and contribute to a positive employee experience at Picnic.

• Create and manage weekly schedules for employees based on their availability and demand forecasts
• Develop creative solutions to capacity and planning challenges
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and employee satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and employees
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience organizing and visualizing schedules and data
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., AppScript, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of German or French being an asset

We offer a competitive salary of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
