R&D Project Manager
As a Lead Innovation Catalyst for Advanced Photonic Technologies, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing innovative project management strategies to drive the success of our R&D projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Managing project budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicating project progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the high-tech or R&D industry.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
