About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Planungsgruppe M+M AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to travel to project sites, as required.
