Senior Manager Technology and New Business Development

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager Technology and New Business Development to join our corporate "New Venture" team at SCHOTT AG.
In this role, your aim is to identify and develop SCHOTT's business opportunities within the Medical / Life Sciences space and to build a strong pipeline for innovation adjacent to our existing business.
This position is part of a development program, tailored for talents aiming to advance to new roles within 3 to 5 years through self-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities- Transfer of business ideas into the business units, and support in the development of strategies and concepts for the marketing and sales of new products
- Several years of international experience in business/new business development department of a technology company or renowned business consultancy firm with strong technological focus
- Proven track record of successful cooperation in international projects as a member of a cross-functional teams, ideally project management experience
- Fluent business English (written and spoken); German is a plus
