Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Altenpfleger (m/w/d) to join our team at KBS Group GmbH. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents and patients.

• Basic Care and Treatment: Provide comprehensive basic care and treatment to residents and patients, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Care Planning and Documentation: Develop and implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and any changes to care needs.
• Quality Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all care activities are delivered in accordance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Medical Procedures: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, and provide support with medical procedures as needed.
• Communication and Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, patients, and their families, providing information, support, and guidance as required.

• Qualifications: Hold a recognized qualification in Altenpflege (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (m/w/d), or Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).
• Personality and Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic approach to working with residents and patients.
