Role Overview
  • Autonomous preparation and cooking of exquisite Japanese dishes for first and business class services
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring the accuracy of all culinary offerings
  • Adhering to stringent hygiene and quality protocols in line with HACCP standards
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Japanese culinary arts and fine dining preparation
  • In-depth knowledge of Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques
  • Completion of formal culinary training as a chef is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Proficient in German and/or English
