Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated German language sales and marketing specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will partner with German-speaking clients to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, optimizing their advertising campaigns for top performance.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, close deals, and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized sales strategies.
Requirements
  • C1/C2 German language proficiency (required for daily communication).
  • B2 English language proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising.
  • EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Spain.
  • A proactive and goal-driven attitude.
What We Offer
  • Gross annual salary: €24,000-€30,000 based on experience.
  • Performance bonuses of up to €4,200 per year.
