About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and lead the way in creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our colleagues in Germany and Austria. As a Strategic Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive business outcomes, enable change, and grow the best talent for our markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Develop and implement talent management and learning strategies to unlock colleague potential
- Lead the local market strategy around career growth and development
- Partner with CSPs and business leaders to develop, engage, retain, and succession key talent
- Ensure a positive colleague experience by providing thought leadership for initiatives that span the colleague lifecycle
- Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to use recruitment insights to advise and drive the market talent strategy
What You'll Need
- University degree in an applicable field of study
- High drive for decision-making & results, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge or experience around Talent Management & Learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing data
- Fluent in German and English
