Join Our Team as a Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at EWE DIREKT GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
