Junior Business Development Specialist

Wir suchen einen motivierten Junior Business Development Specialist, der uns dabei hilft, das Wachstum an den Standorten Frankfurt & Düsseldorf weiter voranzutreiben und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Identifikation und Akquise neuer Kunden: Sie nutzen Ihr Verkaufstalent, um potenzielle Kunden zu identifizieren und unsere innovativen FinTech-Lösungen vorzustellen.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien: Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Senior Business Development Team zusammen, um effektive Verkaufsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen: Sie bauen starke, langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf und sind deren erster Ansprechpartner.
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Sie führen Analysen durch, um Markttrends zu erkennen und die Positionierung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu optimieren.
- Mitarbeit an Marketingkampagnen: Sie unterstützen das Marketing-Team bei der Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen, die auf die Gewinnung neuer Kunden abzielen.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb: Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf gesammelt, sei es durch Praktika, Nebenjobs oder Projekte im Rahmen Ihres Studiums.
- Leidenschaft für Sales und Business Development: Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und sind motiviert, Ihr Verkaufstalent weiterzuentwickeln.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihre Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und Markttrends und können diese in Ihre Arbeit einfließen lassen.
- Studium kurz vor dem Abschluss: Sie befinden sich in den letzten Zügen Ihres Studiums im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Marketing oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
