Core Product Trainer

Main Purpose of the Role

To develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Ishida Europe's product range to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver formal training modules for the Ishida product range, collaborating with Product Management.
  • Deliver training sessions to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure training output is accurate, on time, and meets Ishida standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Ensure safe working practices are understood, implemented, and maintained.
  • Conduct assessments following training and certify.
  • Manage training records database.
  • Understand and comply with relevant ISO quality standard sections.
  • Plan and organize promotions to increase training sales.
  • Be prepared to travel at short notice to any destination.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English and German, hold an Engineering degree, and have experience in designing and delivering training to customers. Experience within the food industry or our products is desirable.

You will be able to work as part of a highly motivated team, have a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to plan and organize your workload, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure. Part of this role will be to make decisions and convey complex information.

This role will include a lot of travel, so being flexible is essential.
