About the Role

As a social worker/social pedagogue, you will be responsible for providing social pedagogical family support and facilitating cooperation with the child, parents, and school. You will also have the opportunity to work in other areas, such as supported living or social group work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social pedagogical family support and facilitate cooperation with the child, parents, and school
• Work in a team to develop and implement individualized support plans for children and families
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support
• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services to support families
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's work

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
