The company is undergoing a restructuring process and is looking for an IT Product Owner and Team Lead for Service Management to join its globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- International and Interdisciplinary Collaboration: As an IT Product Owner and Team Lead for Service Management, you will work in a dynamic team and a highly attractive market environment, with opportunities for creative freedom and development.
- Creative Freedom and Development Opportunities: You will be responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management in a scaled agile environment, both technically and disciplinarily.
- Take Responsibility: You will manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders, and drive performance management and career development processes for all individuals of the team.
- Networked Communication: You will analyze and optimize processes in cooperation with the respective business departments, and manage relationships with business partners, understand their needs, refine, and prioritize their requirements and integrate them in the delivery roadmap of the team.
- Think Holistically: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the collaboration within the scaled agile environment and to the further development and professionalization of the role of the Product Owner, and improvement of product management processes within the scaled agile environment.
Qualifications
- Education: degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent, or a relevant apprenticeship as well as extensive specialist skills and qualified trainings or a comparable qualification.
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication skills and a confident behavior, structured and goal-oriented working style, strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, cooperative, positive, entrepreneurial, agile, and future oriented mindset.
- Experience and Knowledge: many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service, experience in working within a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in an IT-related department in a Product Owner or similar role, proficiency in leading a team of software engineers and similar roles, experience in integrating a modern servant leader mindset with the demands of traditional line management and a more traditional organization structure and hierarchy, deep understanding of agile principles and methodology, and experience in managing a group of stakeholders.
- Willingness to Travel: up to 30%
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English language skills, German skills are beneficial.
