Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience

As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Clean and maintain facilities, including restrooms and common areas
• Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
