Job Description

Our client is a mid-sized family-owned company operating in all modes of transportation. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for national and international land transport services
  • Expand our customer base through proactive sales efforts and new business development
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and follow up on customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Conduct customer visits and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Requirements
  • Completed education in a relevant field, such as logistics or business, with a minimum of one year of sales experience in national and international land transport
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a structured approach
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused
  • Some travel required
