Job DescriptionOur client is a mid-sized family-owned company operating in all modes of transportation. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for national and international land transport services
- Expand our customer base through proactive sales efforts and new business development
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and follow up on customer interactions in our CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Conduct customer visits and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Completed education in a relevant field, such as logistics or business, with a minimum of one year of sales experience in national and international land transport
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a structured approach
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused
- Some travel required
