About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Expert to join our team at Talentschmiede Unternehmensberatung AG. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using Java and related technologies, such as Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Code Review and Improvement: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and identify areas for improvement.
  • System Architecture: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement system architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
  • Clean Code and Modular Development: Promote clean code and modular development practices within the team.
  • Feature Development and Automation: Develop new features and implement automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Java application development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with agile development methodologies, database management, and project management tools.
