Your Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled students eager to contribute to the development of innovative products at ZEISS. As part of a team comprising scientists and research engineers, you will assist in research initiatives focused on digital twins for medical visualization and simulations. Your responsibilities will include data modeling and rendering utilizing ray tracing engines and frameworks.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science with a focus on computer graphics or a related field
  • You possess a keen interest in leveraging cutting-edge technology and are motivated to tackle complex challenges
  • Experience in rendering, particularly ray tracing, is essential
  • Familiarity with geometry modeling is advantageous
  • You have a strong computer science foundation with excellent programming skills in C++ and Python
  • You are open to collaboration and thrive in interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficient communication skills in English and/or German are required
  • You demonstrate a willingness to learn and innovate with a high level of initiative and creativity
