Operational Excellence Coordinator

Connecting Experts is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coordinator to support our client's team in achieving operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence plans that align with company objectives and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global Operational Director to ensure regional projects are in line with global goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with local teams to implement changes.
  • Oversee projects for continuous improvement using techniques like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean.
  • Train and mentor local teams in operational excellence techniques.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of improvement projects and adapt as needed.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Global Operational Director on operational excellence programs.
  • Build strong relationships with plant managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of changes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles, preferably in a regional or management capacity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methods and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel to German sites.
