Chinese Copy Editor (f/m/d)

We are seeking a skilled Chinese Copy Editor (f/m/d) to enhance our editorial team based in Munich.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft precise and engaging product descriptions with an editorial flair for daily updates.
  • Develop copy for various business communications, including newsletters, website content, and social media.
  • Edit and refine content across all platforms, offering constructive feedback to team members as necessary.
  • Write and edit biographies for designers.
  • Collaborate with different departments to maintain a unified tone of voice.
  • Engage in creative workshops, brand training sessions, and new initiatives aimed at team growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native proficiency in Chinese with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • A degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends, luxury brands, and textiles within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in managing deadlines and translation coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Content Management Systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in writing SEO-focused and fashion-related content in e-commerce, editorial, or digital media environments is preferred.
