Lead Data and Analytics Team

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of data scientists and engineers in driving digital transformation within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision for data-driven transformation and digitalization.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Deliver key performance objectives and ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative data products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for business and technology partners.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement opportunities and contribute to employer branding.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a leading role within a data department or management consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge of the energy industry and a degree/PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Clear vision for unleashing the potential of data to accelerate business transformation and growth.
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills, strong ability to pitch, sell, and deliver innovative data projects.
  • Professional experience in machine learning model development, training, and deployment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
