Personnel Coordinator

As a Personnel Coordinator at Marador, you will be working in the administrative department of our internal personnel division. You will be responsible for supporting the entire cycle of our external employees from hiring to termination. You will work closely with our recruitment team and payroll department to ensure a smooth process.

• Creation of employment contracts, personnel documents, and certificates
• Setting up employee data records in our personnel software and maintaining personnel files
• Issuance of invoices to our clients
• Preparation of payroll for employees
• Point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters such as leave, illness, payroll, and certificates
• Monitoring deadlines and schedules and taking necessary actions

• Completed commercial training or equivalent economic studies
• Desirable: previous experience in the personnel department
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills with employees
