About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Early Careers, Recruiting and Talent Attraction team as a Recruiting Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting full-lifecycle recruiting processes, taking ownership of student recruiting, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Support the development and implementation of recruiting strategies, manage candidate relationships, and ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Talent Attraction: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various platforms, develop innovative HR marketing initiatives, and analyze data to inform talent attraction strategies.
  • Early Careers: Assist in organizing and participating in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programs, providing a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Data & KPI Management: Analyze relevant data, prepare reporting deliverables, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Overall support in recruiting and career events.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree or completing a post-university GAP year.
  • High level of self-drive, 'can do' attitude, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo.
  • Creative mindset, passion for Social Media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
