Job Description
As a Working Student Influencer Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer department and building meaningful relationships in the health and food industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building a Network of Influencers
You will establish a network of influencers and work closely with them to create engaging content and promote our brand.
Affiliate Influencer MarketingYou will use tools to automate affiliate influencer marketing efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between influencers and our team.
SUPPORTING THE INFLUENCER TEAMYou will provide support to the influencer team by assisting with events, campaigns, and other activities that help drive business growth.
Contributing Creative IdeasYou will contribute innovative ideas for influencer campaigns, helping us stay ahead of the curve and maintain a strong market presence.
Scaling Your Portfolio and Optimizing ReportingYou will continuously scale your portfolio and optimize reporting processes to ensure data-driven decision making.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Studies in Marketing or Related Field
You should have completed at least 12 months of studies in marketing, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar field.
LanguagesYou should be fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of business terminology.
Strong Interest in Influencer MarketingYou should have a genuine interest in the influencer industry and be familiar with current trends and best practices.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou should possess good, open, and charming communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and colleagues alike.
Knowledge of ToolsYou should have knowledge of dealing with tools and be proficient in using software related to influencer marketing.
High Level of Stress ResistanceYou should be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus even in stressful situations.
Team PlayerYou should be a team player, comfortable working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
Curiosity about MarketingYou should be curious about everything related to marketing, always looking for ways to improve processes and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
