Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Sales Manager, der unsere Kundenbeziehungen stärken und unsere Geschäftsentwicklung unterstützen kann.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Kundenakquise und Ausbau neuer Firmenkunden in den lokalen Märkten für die Segmente Corporate Travel & MICE
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Firmenkunden
  • Verkaufsaktivitäten und -Strategien eigenverantwortlich erarbeiten und weiterentwickeln
  • Teilnahme an nationalen Messen und Workshops als Repräsentant der B.W. Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Standortanalysen
  • Verkaufsreisen innerhalb der Region
Dein Profil
  • Begeisterung für die Hotelbranche
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Tourismusbranche
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen, Firmenkunden strategisch zu entwickeln und Verträge erfolgreich abzuschließen
  • Strukturiert und organisiert
  • Überzeugungsfähig und begeisternd
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Eine kreative Ader und Freude daran, eigene Ideen umzusetzen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Produkten
