Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth scheduling of part, full, and groupage loads in multimodal transport. Your responsibilities will include administrative and operational scheduling of on-time goods flows between customers and suppliers, as well as serving as the central point of contact for our customers, partners, and colleagues. You will also be responsible for compiling statistics and evaluating key figures, as well as ensuring optimal capacity utilization and the continuous improvement of processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule part, full, and groupage loads in multimodal transport
  • Administer and operate scheduling of on-time goods flows between customers and suppliers
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Compile statistics and evaluate key figures
  • Ensure optimal capacity utilization and continuous process improvement

Your Profile:
  • Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in scheduling
  • Independent and systematic working style, with flexibility in stressful situations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
