Key Responsibilities for a Backshop Sales Associate at REWE

As a Backshop Sales Associate at REWE, you will be responsible for presenting products in an appealing manner, providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service, maintaining cleanliness and freshness of the bakery section, implementing strategies to attract customers and drive sales, pricing and organizing products accurately, and monitoring product quality and inventory.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Meet or exceed sales targets for bakery products
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure a clean and organized bakery section at all times
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Accurately price and organize products to meet customer needs
- Monitor product quality and inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Background in bakery sales or retail is a plus
