About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flotten Management Specialist to join our team in Leonberg.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the fleet of transport and service vehicles from procurement to delivery to our nationwide locations.
- Actively support the fleet management and serve as a liaison to our suppliers.
- Assist in the planning of all acquisitions for the fleet.
- Promote regular exchange with our suppliers on current and new products.
- Administer technical data of the fleet in our system (MachineCard) including master data types/specifications/telematics/etc.
Requirements
- Completed education with relevant experience in fleet/vehicle management or completed technical studies.
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
- Good organizational and structuring skills, as well as safe handling of common MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables/VBA).
- A high affinity for everything with 4, 6, or more wheels.
