About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flotten Management Specialist to join our team in Leonberg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the fleet of transport and service vehicles from procurement to delivery to our nationwide locations.
  • Actively support the fleet management and serve as a liaison to our suppliers.
  • Assist in the planning of all acquisitions for the fleet.
  • Promote regular exchange with our suppliers on current and new products.
  • Administer technical data of the fleet in our system (MachineCard) including master data types/specifications/telematics/etc.

Requirements

  • Completed education with relevant experience in fleet/vehicle management or completed technical studies.
  • Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Good organizational and structuring skills, as well as safe handling of common MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables/VBA).
  • A high affinity for everything with 4, 6, or more wheels.
