About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Tintschl AG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for generating and orchestrating the production schedule, managing delivery compliance, and enabling the development of our electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet engineering and production requirements
  • Manage the delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to enable the development of our serial aircraft
  • Generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning
  • Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure data integrity for our IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set with the Head of Factory to track process, product, and operation performance
  • Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in industrial engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or similar field
  • Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling of production processes
  • Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
  • Experience with ERP tools, preferably INFOR
  • Proven knowledge in project management
  • Willingness to take ownership and transfer improvement ideas into reality
  • Team player with analytic problem-solving skills and high customer focus
  • Fluent English language skills
