Your Role: Digital Solutions Developer

As a Digital Solutions Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our client's businesses by leveraging cutting-edge technology. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that address their unique challenges.

  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and execute successful launch strategies for new digital solutions.
  • Create Innovative Solutions: Identify industry trends and customer pain points, then design and develop innovative digital solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and ensure the developed solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Proof of Concept Development: Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with our engineering team to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Steadforce at industry events, network with potential clients and partners, and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Strategic Business Insights: Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by providing insights into market opportunities, customer needs, and technological advancements.
