About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Employee Platform Team at SAP. As a working student, you will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our internal web applications, enabling SAP employees to collaborate, communicate, and access important HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and update of information materials for various target audiences in different formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, and blog articles.
- Collaborate with the team to consult on SAP One page templates, content quality, user-centricity, and best practices.
- Support quality initiatives and contribute to the improvement of our internal applications.
- Provide project support for change management and communications planning, including identifying the target audience and developing effective communication strategies.
- Manage the SAP One Professional Community and ensure its smooth operation.
- Monitor and report on the success of our initiatives and applications.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: communication or related fields.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong language skills, with very good verbal and written English and German.
- Hands-on mentality, positive can-do attitude, and interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization.
- Proactive and driven, with a strong team spirit and interest in communication tasks.
