Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic initiatives and projects that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support our CEO and leadership team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including UHNWIs, family offices, and other funders
  • Oversee and project manage research projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Support fundraising efforts and help secure strategic investments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Strong motivation and passion for the longevity and life extension industries
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
