Als Senior Personalization-Consultant arbeitest du mit unserem Team zusammen, um unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Customer Journey zu unterstützen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Personalisierungsstrategien, die auf Datenquellen basieren und die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen.
Verantwortlichkeiten:- Entwicklung von Personalisierungsstrategien und -konzepten
- Kooperation mit dem Beratungsteam und Kunden
- Onboarding von Kunden und Implementierung von Personalisierungsstrategien
- Analyse von Daten und Entwicklung von Optimierungshypothesen
- Leitung von Workshops und Trainings zu Personalisierungsstrategien
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-/Medieninformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Digitalagentur oder Beratung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in mindestens drei der folgenden Themen: E-Commerce, Onsite-Optimierung, CRM, Content-Personalisierung, automatisierte Produktempfehlungen, Segmentierung, Analytics und UX
