Job Description

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, market size, customer satisfaction surveys, and competitors' activities.
  • Manage market research, select vendors, oversee data collection, prepare results, and provide structured insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on retail and producers' market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Assist in predicting market size and market opportunity at local and global levels.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales departments to develop and implement multi-year growth strategies.
  • Translate market intelligence findings into actionable business directions and messages.
  • Create and distribute weekly market alerts based on press coverage and relevant news.
  • Prepare presentations about market and industry trends for key stakeholders and regions.

Requirements:

  • University degree or comparable education.
  • Several years of experience in business analysis or market research, preferably in a consultancy, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in complex analysis, data retrieval, and data modeling.
  • Previous experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other transactional surveys is desirable.
  • Familiarity with retail, produce, packaging, or related B2B industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, with experience in tools like Mintel, Euromonitor, Tableau, and Retail Insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey clear messages to different audiences through various channels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to support all key stakeholders, regions, and departments.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; other European languages are nice to have.
