Project Finance Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and internationally diverse Project Finance Manager to join our team in Wiesbaden. As part of our Project Finance and Sales team, you will analyze economic aspects of our projects, identify potential banks and investors, negotiate contracts, and lead the financing and sales process.
Your Responsibilities
- Arrange financing (debt and equity) with investors and banks for wind, solar, and battery storage projects
- Identify customers for our projects, negotiate agreements, and conclude agreements
- Create business opportunities, including PPAs and co-operations
- Support project development activities
- Structure portfolios of wind and solar projects
- Support the team in bidding processes, including financial modeling
- Work in interdisciplinary and international teams
Your Qualifications
- Academic degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar
- Several years of professional experience in structured finance or M&A
- First professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
- Business fluency in English, other languages (German, Hungarian, Greek, Polish) are an advantage
- Preferably, you have gathered first experiences with renewable energy projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills
