As the Chief People Officer (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing forward-thinking HR strategies during our critical growth phases. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position is perfect for an HR professional with over 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles within dynamic environments. You will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, nurturing a vibrant team, and contributing significantly to our business success.

Your Mission

People Strategy Development: Utilize your expertise in growth and scaling to create and implement a long-term people strategy, ensuring our team remains on track and continues to grow. Comprehensive People Management: Oversee and enhance global people operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding across various regions. Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent accordingly. Talent Development: Design and manage frameworks for the personal and professional development of our employees, fostering growth in partnership with department leaders. HR Operations Excellence: Continuously improve HR operations to ensure efficient processes that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees. Culture Shaping: Foster a high-performing culture that aligns with the company's strategic goals and operates effectively across teams and geographies.

Your Skills

Growth and Scaling Expertise: Proven experience in scaling startups or scale-ups globally, showcasing your ability to manage HR operations in fast-paced environments. HR Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR leadership roles, preferably within a startup or scale-up context. HR Operations Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring all practices are current and efficient. Hands-On Mentality: Actively engage in all aspects of HR strategy and execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving organizational success. Language Skills: Proficient in German and English, with strong communication abilities. Additional languages are a plus.
