Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen IT-Leiter, der unsere Abteilung Infrastructure as a Service und IT leiten möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer IT-Strategie und -Infrastruktur spielen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination einer dynamischen Gruppe sowie die Schaffung eines optimalen Arbeitsumfeldes für die Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung und Streben nach stetiger Verbesserung
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Konflikten, Professionalität, Kommunikationsgeschick und konstruktives Denken

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Führungserfahrung
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich des Rechenzentrumsbetriebes und Bereitschaft, diese Fähigkeiten weiter auszubauen
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für moderne Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen am Puls der Zeit und deren Entwicklung für die Zukunft
  • Bereitschaft, sich ein breit gefächertes IT-Wissen in diversen Themenbereichen anzueignen
