About Our Kindergarten

Our kindergarten, Kindertreff Herrsching e.V., has been a haven for children aged two to twelve since 1995, located directly on the picturesque Ammersee. As a parent-led initiative, we create a family-like atmosphere where educators, childcare professionals, and parents work together to provide a nurturing environment. Our kindergarten focuses on value-based pedagogy, with a strong emphasis on small group sizes and a high staff-to-child ratio. We also offer an after-school program for school-age children, providing a nutritious meal and professional support with their homework.

  • You are interested in our unique kindergarten model, where educators, childcare professionals, and parents share responsibility
  • You are committed to working 30 hours or more per week
