Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our crop protection products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational control of change management in our internal database as a Management of Change coordinator.
  • Develop and optimize Management of Change processes, sharing best practices with the global MoC community.
  • Provide first-level support for the MoC community, building and maintaining a network, and monitoring and reporting on MoC activities.
  • Train the MoC community on MoC processes and document processes and tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences or a technical field.
  • First experience in quality management and the regulatory environment is beneficial.
  • Proficient in standard IT applications, with knowledge of PowerBI an advantage.
  • Organized and precise work style, with high customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with German a plus.
