We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Store Manager to join our team at Smart-Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our optical store team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of opticians and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Abilities and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Education and Certifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.

    • Certifications in optical management or related field a plus.
