In this role, you will contribute to our mission of supporting the global sales markets of the Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car division while helping to mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with corporate policies across markets, leveraging insights from recent audits, and sharing this knowledge within the global sales controlling network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing corporate audit reports to extract valuable insights for the organization.
  • Participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and identifying relevant information for CFOs in the markets.
  • Managing existing and upcoming projects, such as coordinating a globally accessible Revenue Controlling Handbook.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the bi-annual FC Support News publication.
  • Reviewing business processes in various markets and providing recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the FC Support website.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, such as implementing secure electronic signatures for financial transactions.
  • Providing practical guidance to CFOs in markets on adhering to corporate data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with the sales controlling organization to develop strategies for risk avoidance.
  • Networking with other departments, including IT, sales, Corporate Audit, and Internal Control, to stay informed of updates.
  • Facilitating ad hoc communications with markets as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong written and spoken skills in German and English.
  • Structured work approach with a high degree of reliability.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and enthusiasm for the role.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys tackling new and interesting challenges.
