Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Leader to join our client's team at Cichon Personalmanagement.

• You have extensive experience in financial management, with a strong track record of collaboration with senior management.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

• You have experience with SAP and are proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
• You have a strong background in project management and are able to think strategically.

• You will be responsible for creating and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and reports, as well as overseeing cash flow and accounting operations.
• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will develop and implement new business strategies, drive digital transformation, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• You will ensure compliance with tax regulations.
