About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Portfolio Assistant to join our team at TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH. As a key member of our global business line, you will be responsible for providing support to our countries and teams in various aspects of portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact person for all countries regarding portfolio-related inquiries and support
  • Support countries in utilizing local, cross-regional, or global products
  • Act as a single point of contact for international inquiries
  • Collaborate with the global product planning team to ensure successful go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and maintain product-related documentation
  • Support the business line manager and team in data collection and analysis
  • Organize meetings and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical and/or economic field or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in management systems, preferably in quality management
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and German (B2 level), both written and spoken
  • Customer-focused approach and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent intercultural skills, team player, and networker
  • Structured work approach, service-oriented personality, and strong understanding of key performance indicators
