About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Sustainability Consultant. As a key member of our Europe and Middle East (EME) public sector (PS) team within our global Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment (ES&I), you will play a critical role in accelerating the green energy transition nationally and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to successful project implementation by supporting structured policy analysis, project management, and stakeholder and partner management.
  • Work on projects for public institutions and industry clients on national, EU, and international levels.
  • Build good relationships with the wider Guidehouse team and establish client and industry networks.
Requirements
  • A team-player with a strong eye for detail, positive mindset, and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent, proactive manner.
  • Master's degree or similar relevant academic background in (energy/environmental/electrical) engineering, policy, economics, and social sciences with significant focus on energy.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in consultancy and/or the energy sector.
